Convert Your Dust Collection Ports to Inches
Every shop owner knows the frustration of struggling with a tool connection, only to find that you're trying to mix inches with millimeters. Oneida Air Systems offers these convenient adapter fittings that are constructed from heavy-gauge, galvanized steel to convert your tool's dust collection ports.
The metric end is uncrimped and is designed to slip over the dust collection ports of imported tools. Due to the variance in sizing and steel gauge used with imported machines, the metric end is purposefully larger than the stated dimension (i.e. the 100mm end is roughly 105mm on the inner diameter) so that it can fit over the port. We recommend that the metric adapter should be secured with silicone caulk and machine screws to provide a firm, airtight seal.
The imperial end is of a standard size and is pre-crimped to provide quick and easy connection into your existing 5" ductwork and flex hose.
