7" Deluxe Ductwork Starter Kit
This Deluxe Ductwork Connection Package is designed for systems with 7" inlets such as our V-System and our Dust Gorilla Pro. It includes all of the ductwork you'll need to connect your dust collector to five tools with various piping and elbows fittings to adapt to your shop's layout. Recommended maximum 2-3 ports open simultaneously; Simply use the included blast gates to close off any unused duct runs to ensure maximum air suction performance at all times.
When installed, the ductwork kit extends a straight line out from the dust collector's inlet and provides five branching points, with the final branch capped off. Drops extend down from these branches and have gates that can be closed off to provide higher airflow to a single tool at once. Each tool is connected to the main ducting line with a "drop" assembled in the following order:
- Initial Wye Branch
- 5" Adjustable Elbow
- 5" Blast Gate
- 5" Male Duct Adapter
- Hose Band Clamp
- 10' x 5" Flex Hose
- Hose Band Clamp
- 5" to 4" Reducer
- Machine Dust Port
Ductwork components will need to be attached and secured using parts and tools not included in this kit e.g. foil tape, hanging straps, machine screws, silicone caulk, etc. Refer to the 'Contents' section under the Specifications tab for exact details on what parts are included in the kit.
