Cyclonic Separation for Corrosive Applications
This compact cyclone separator is made from industrial 304 stainless steel that can be used "as welded" in a variety of applications including corrosive chemicals, mining, construction, food waste handling, etc. Its seam-welded construction is durable and airtight, ensuring long lasting and highly efficient cyclonic separation of both fine dusts and bulk debris, significantly extending the lifespan of your vacuum's filter and reducing downtime for maintenance.
The Dust Deputy® cyclone's simple and efficient design can be adapted for use with any make or model wet/dry vacuum. With the DIY version, you can mount the cyclone to any shape or size dust container, allowing you to customize it to the needs of your application - choose small bins for mobile jobs with multiple workers, or large bins for continuous waste that does not need to be emptied as frequently.
304L stainless steel is not food-grade rated and should only be used to handle waste products. Additional cleaning and treating are required by the customer to make the product food-grade safe.
How Does It Work?
The patented design of the Dust Deputy cyclone uses centrifugal force to capture and remove 99% of dust and debris from the air-stream before it reaches your vacuum's filter; eliminating clogged filters and suction loss! The Dust Deputy will save you significant time and money on expensive replacement filters and dust bags, and keeps your wet/dry vac operating at peak performance!
