Floor Sweep Ductwork Kit
Sweep Waste Directly Into Your Dust Collector
Floor Sweeps provide a simple and convenient way for shop owners to clean up excess dust and debris that hasn't already been captured by their dust collection system. This kit contains all the essential for installing a floor sweep terminal into your shop's ductwork layout. It includes an aluminum blast gate for managing airflow for the tool and the adjustable elbow's pre-crimped end facilitates quick and easy installation into existing ductwork. The snap-lock pipe can be trimmed using tin snips if necessary to adjust to the height of your ductwork.
This Ductwork Kit Includes:
- One 5" LR Adjustable Elbow
- One 5" × 2' Snap-Lock Pipe
- One 5" Blast Gate
- One 5" × 5' Snap-Lock Pipe
- One 5" Open Floor Sweep
Ductwork components will need to be attached and secured using parts and tools not included in this kit e.g. foil tape, hanging straps, machine screws, silicone caulk, etc.
Cyclone Separator Recommended
Use caution not to suck up foreign, metal, or combustible materials. Oneida Air Systems recommends only using a floor sweep if you have a dust collector that includes a cyclone separator as without this, material will run through your fan impeller and could damage your system.
