5HP 1ph Transfer Blower Kit
Pneumatic conveyance system for use with rotary feeder valves to transfer bulk waste away from the dust collector. This allows dust and debris to be fed to a remote location of your choosing (e.g. tilt truck, hopper, truck, etc.) - ideal for large commercial shops producing continuous waste. Blower system features an industrial, 230V 1-phase U.S. motor with magnetic starter and a variety of fittings for connecting the air lock's 10" discharge flange to 8" dia. rigid, steel ducting.
Bulk Handling for Dust and Debris
Ideal for commercial applications that produce high volumes of dust, Oneida Air Systems' transfer blower systems are great for conveying dust away from the primary dust collection system to be deposited in a large, remote container for disposal (e.g. trailer, hopper, dumpster, truck bed, etc.). Conveying the dust to a remote location is far more cost effective than continuously emptying 55 gallon containers and saves your shop significant time and money in labor costs.
Recommended installation is connected to our Rotary Air Lock Valves to preserve airflow performance within the dust control system. This kit includes heavy-gauge steel ductwork components to connect to your air lock's flanged opening - combine with 7" dia. straight piping (sold separately) based on your shop's needs.
