The Universal Drum Dolly does not have a specific accommodation for the 15 gallon fiber drum, it will sit on top of it, but doesn't have a secure groove to fit in like the other size drums.

This product will work with food. The material is food safe; however, it is not made in a food grade facility.

If there is any water in the application, we do not recommend our product. The airlock rotates 13 rpm rotation for less seal wear.

The only drum compatible with the 4" Super Dust Deputy is the 15 gallon dust bin. The 15 gallon lid is not the same diameter as any of our other drums.

Yes, the Stacking Sound filter will work with your older system, but you may need a small amount of extra hardware to install it. Some of the filters on our older dust collectors (2008 and older) had a threaded rod running down inside the filters, with a plate at the bottom that the filters rested on. You will need to extend this rod by purchasing an additional length and a rod coupler from your local hardware store. When purchasing a unit for an older system, take care to measure the diameter of your dust collector's filter and the space available below the fine dust bin at the bottom of the filter. You'll want to purchase a sound filter that matches the diameter of your cartridge filter (13" or 18") and has sufficient room below the filter stack (1" taller than the sound filter itself) to allow for installation. The Stacking Sound Filters are not recommended for systems that have the cartridge filter installed in a horizontal orientation.

With the stand, the V-System's overall height cannot be lower than 87" (for 1.5HP) or 88" (for 3HP). Oneida Air Systems does offer wall-mounting brackets for the V-System. This would allow you to mount the V-System dust collector at a lower height for use with smaller containers. Please note that you may have to empty the smaller drum much more frequently depending on your workflow.

Drums can vary significantly by manufacturer, even with similarly listed dimensions. For that reason, we can only recommend our products be used interchangeably with other Oneida Air Systems components.

If your remote looks identical to the one pictured here, then this Remote Control Repair Kit will be compatible with your system. Some remotes may have a blue button but instead of a green button, but otherwise are the same. Systems purchased in 2006 (or earlier) used a different remote type, made by Fernbrookplace, that is not compatible with this repair kit. These older, Fernbrook models are visually distinct from our current remotes. Our dust collectors are designed to accommodate crimped ductwork fittings in their inlets. Snap-Lock piping and wye joints sold by Oneida Air Systems are pre-crimped at the factory to simplify installations. The crimped fitting fits inside the collector's inlet and should be secured in place and sealed using silicone caulk or foil tape. If you wish to use a reducer, these can be crimped using tin snips or a hand crimping tool.
