On the floor, the V-System's stand is a 30" x 30" square. How wide the overall system is depends on the orientation of your filter plenum. If the plenum is oriented ninety degrees clockwise from the system's inlet, then the overall width would be 47". Please refer to the owner's manual for more detailed dimensions.

With the stand, the V-System's overall height cannot be lower than 87" (for 1.5HP) or 88" (for 3HP). Oneida Air Systems does offer wall-mounting brackets for the V-System. This would allow you to mount the V-System dust collector at a lower height for use with smaller containers. Please note that you may have to empty the smaller drum much more frequently depending on your workflow.

The V-3000 dust collector measures 88" tall. You can find more detailed dimensions by referencing the Owner's Manual, posted on the product page under the "Documents" tab.

Our dust collectors are designed to accommodate crimped ductwork fittings in their inlets. Snap-Lock piping and wye joints sold by Oneida Air Systems are pre-crimped at the factory to simplify installations. The crimped fitting fits inside the collector's inlet and should be secured in place and sealed using silicone caulk or foil tape. If you wish to use a reducer, these can be crimped using tin snips or a hand crimping tool.

In general, the 220V model will have lower running amperage than the 110V, which can be an advantage for operators using multiple tools on the same breaker. There is no difference in airflow performance between different voltage variations of the system. You should purchase the unit that best matches the power requirements of your shop.
